Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Carmona & Shields LLC reserves the right to require a deposit prior to scheduling work. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Repeated cancellations without notice may result in a scheduling fee.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with any completed service, please notify us within 7 days of project completion and we will work to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Carmona & Shields LLC shall not be held liable for delays or damages resulting from factors outside our control, including weather conditions, supply chain issues, or pre-existing property conditions not disclosed prior to service.
Services are currently offered in Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, and Berks Counties in Pennsylvania. Work outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
